Cart ID
This is your master account cart ID. If you only have a single username/password with the shopping cart then it should match your UserName.
If you have multiple user accounts setup please contact your shopping cart administrator for the master cart ID value.
If you receive any email communication from support the cart ID value should be at the beginning of each email subject line, in square brackets.
For example:
[username123] Secure Email Web site Order: Email_00001234
