When do you send email order notification?
Notification will be sent to the address listed in Email Address To Forward Orders.
An email order notification is sent once the customer has submitted the order through the shopping cart. Normally you will receive this email a few minutes after the order is placed.
If the email notification is not successfully delivered at first, delivery will be retried for five days.
Please note that the details of any order can be viewed by logging into the shopping cart administration and going to "Search My Orders" in the Order History section of the cart. |
