Payflow Link
If you get the error
Referring URL does not match accepted URLs
Then- Login to your merchant administration tool manager.paypal.com
- Click on "Payflow Link" under "Service Summary" (right hand side)
- Click on "Configure Payflow Link"
- Scroll to the bottom and add "http://cartmanager.net/cgi-bin/cart.cgi" as an accepted URL
- Save Changes
Be sure to test your cart after making changes.
